Team Finland organizers are responsible for the Business Delegation programme and will provide the following services to participants:
• Arranging the programme as described
• Including your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit
• Providing hotel recommendations for the stay
• Group ground transportation (excluding airport transfers)
• Services of Team Finland’s Industry Expert and Project Manager (the Project Manager’s in-person participation is subject to the final number of delegation participants)
• Team Finland advisory support following the visit.

To cover the expenses related to arranging the visit to Chile and Argentina, the following participation fees will be invoiced, depending on the part(s) of the visit you participate in:
Chile: EUR 1000
Argentina: EUR 1000
A EUR 20 management fee will be added to the participation fee.

The participation fee will be invoiced after the visit based on the actual costs and will not exceed the amounts listed above. Please note that the participation fee does not include delegate flights, accommodation, or meals outside the visit programme.
