Participation
- The conference days 7.-8.10.2025: price 195€, inc. vat 25,5% (the price includes lunches for the two conference days as well as morning and afternoon coffee.) The price after 1.9.2025 250€.
- The ice-breaking event on October 6th 18:00 – 20:00: price 40€, inc. vat 14%
- The Conference Dinner on October 7th 19:00 – 21:00: price 60€, inc. vat 14%
- The trip to the natural sites in the surroundings of Rovaniemi on October 8th 13:00–17:00: price 30€, inc. vat 25,5%.
The registration fee is paid online bank (possible for Finnish participants) or by credit card at the time of registration. Unfortunately, there is no billing option.
Participation fees are non-refundable. However, if a participant cancels, she/he may transfer the fee to another person at no additional cost. In this case, the canceling participant is responsible for informing both the new participant and the organizer of the change. Cancellations and changes must be notified via email to rainer.peltola@luke.fi.
