| The City of Helsinki will welcome all ESM visitors on Monday 16th at 7 pm at the Helsinki City Hall at Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13 in the heart of the city. It is just 5 minutes’ walk from the congress venue. The City of Helsinki hosts the event. | ||

| The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday 17th at 7pm sharp at the beautiful restaurant Sipuli, at Kanavaranta 7, in a wonderful location by the sea. It is a 10-minute walk from the congress venue. Dress code is casual. |
