Company representatives registration
You will be able to register your company representative included in the package, or additional representatives (separate participation fee) via the KNF Days registration form. Links to register as a delegate can be found in the confirmation email you’ll receive after registering for the exhibition.
- Free representative (1/company).
- Additional representatives for the exhibition price 112 EUR/person + VAT 25.5% (evening event not included).
- Additional representatives for the exhibition price 200 EUR/person + VAT 25.5% (whole package, evening event included).

Method of payment - invoice
On the next page you can choose your invoice payment method:
1) PDF invoice or 2) E-invoice (e-invoice for Finnish companies only).
The invoice will be sent to you between March 2026 – August 2026, depending on the registration date. An invoicing charge of 10 EUR will be added to all invoices.
Important: If you have a reference or PO number that must be included in the invoice, but you do not know it yet, please mark "will be communicated later" on the reference question box. Once you have the reference/PO, please add it on the form via the "edit your information" link found in the confirmation you receive after submitting this form.

Cancellation policy
50 % of the reservation fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 5 September 2026. No refund will be given for the cancellation made after this date.
