EXHIBITION REGISTRATION

Exhibition package

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that there are a limited number of exhibition packages available.
 
Package includes
  • Exhibition space 3m2 + electricity for the exhibition stand
  • Table + chairs and roll-up space in the exhibition area (no other structures /furniture) 
  • 1 free participant badge for the event. Badge includes admission to lectures, coffee servings, lunches and evening event for one exhibitor.
  • Logo visibility on the event website
Price 1050.00 EUR + VAT 25.5%
 
NOTE: Possibility to buy extra space for your stand 3m2/price 500 eur + VAT 25.5%

Value added tax:
Exhibition fees are invoiced by Certia Oy (VAT FI2327422-3) on behalf of the local organiser University of Turku (VAT FI024896-3). Value added tax of 25.5% will be added to the prices. An invoicing charge of 10 EUR + VAT 25.5.% will be added to invoices.

Company representatives registration

You will be able to register your company representative included in the package, or additional representatives (separate participation fee) via the KNF Days registration form.

  • Free representative (1/company). Register via this form.
  • Additional representatives for the exhibition price 112 EUR/person + VAT 25.5% (evening event not included). Register via this form.
  • Additional representatives for the exhibition price 200 EUR/person + VAT 25.5% (whole package, evening event included). Register via this link.

Method of payment - invoice

On the next page you can choose your invoice payment method:

1) PDF invoice or 2) E-invoice (e-invoice for Finnish companies only).

The invoice will be sent to you between March 2026 – August 2026, depending on the registration date. An invoicing charge of 10 EUR will be added to all invoices.

Important: If you have a reference or PO number that must be included in the invoice, but you do not know it yet, please mark "will be communicated later" on the reference question box. Once you have the reference/PO, please add it on the form via the  "edit your information" link found in the confirmation you receive after submitting this form.

Cancellation policy
 
50 % of the reservation fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 5 September 2026. No refund will be given for the cancellation made after this date.
