Business Finland is responsible for the program of the Trade Mission and will provide the following services for the participants:
- Arranging the program as described;
- Block reservation for the hotel/s (if needed);
- Group ground transportation;
- Services of Business Finland's Industry Experts and Project Manager;
- Business Finland advise support after the visit.
To cover the expenses of arranging the program in Thailand during 10-13 November 2025, Business Finland will charge a maximum participation fee of:
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 1360 + 25,5% VAT per person
- Major companies: EUR 1600 + 25,5% VAT per person

Kehittämisavustusta ELY-keskuksesta:
Suomessa toimivat yritykset voivat hakea ELY-keskuksesta yrityksen kehittämisavustusta kansainvälistymishankkeisiin. Business Finlandin vienninedistämismatkoihin liittyvät matkakustannukset (esim. lennot ja majoitus) voivat sisältyä avustushakemukseen osana laajempaa ja suunnitelmallista kansainvälistymishanketta. Hakemus on jätettävä ennen osallistumisvahvistusta eli ennen hankkeen aloittamista. Yrityksen kehittämisavustusta voidaan myöntää enintään 50 % avustuksen piiriin hyväksyttävistä kuluista.
