Team Finland organizers are responsible for the program of the Business Delegation and will provide the following services for the participants:

Arranging the program as described;

• Inclusion of your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit;
• Block reservation for the hotels/hotel recommendation
• Group ground transportation (when needed);
• Services of Business Finland's Industry Experts and Project Manager;
• Business Finland advise support after the visit.

Practicalities

We offer the following possibilities and participants have the possibility to choose which part/s of the program they wish to join.

1) Participation only in the Quantum Trade and Innovation mission:

To cover the costs of arranging the trade and innovation mission to Washington D.C. on 15, 16 and 19 of September and simultaneously in Chicago on 19 of September, Business Finland will charge a participation fee.

• Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 1360 + 25,5% VAT per person
• Major companies: EUR 1600 + 25,5% VAT per person

Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation for the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.

2) Participation only in the Quantum World Congress 2025 as exhibitor in the country pavilion, speaker and networking program:

To cover the expenses of participation in Quantum World Congress 2025 on September 16-18 as exhibitor in the QWC Finland country pavilion and the program, the cost of all access exhibitor badges for all participants attending per organization, walking tour of QWC expo floor and pre-arranged introductions to key exhibitors, speakers and government officials attending QWC, support placing Finnish delegates as speakers in the main program of the conference and the pre-event, the Global Quantum Strategies Overview in partnership with Johns Hopkins University.

• EUR 5,800 per company (no VAT applies, and the participation fee will be paid directly to the US event organizer)

Business Finland will be in contact with all participants wishing to participate only in the country pavilion at QWC 2025 and will connect you with the organizers of the event. Further, Business Finland will provide more information regarding the application process for speaker slots at QWC, pre-arranged networking meetings, site visits and side events during QWC week in Washington D.C. for those who take part in this program.

3) Participation only in the Quantum World Congress 2025 as a conference visitor with an entrance fee:

To cover the expenses of participating in the QWC as only a conference visitor, the organizers of the event will charge an entrance fee. The price for the entrance ticket has not been confirmed by the organizers yet but in reference, last year the fee was $1,200 per participant. This is an option if you wish to attend the event, but do not wish to take part in the country pavilion as an exhibitor and the benefits of the joint offering outlined above.

Business Finland will be in contact with all participants wishing to participate at QWC as a conference visitor.

4) Participating in both the Quantum Trade and Innovation mission program AND the Quantum World Congress as an exhibitor at the country pavilion (or as a conference visitor)

To cover the expenses of participating in the Quantum Trade and Innovation mission as well as the QWC as an exhibitor at the country pavilion or as a conference visitors, the fees above will apply accordingly.  

Note: For the Trade and Innovation Mission, a 25  percent discount of the participation fee will be granted for each additional representative of the participating company. The participation fee does not include flights or accomodation of the participant, nor meals outside of the business delegation program.

Kehittämisavustusta ELY-keskuksesta:Suomessa toimivat yritykset voivat hakea ELY-keskuksesta yrityksen kehittämisavustusta kansainvälistymishankkeisiin. Business Finlandin vienninedistämismatkoihin liittyvät matkakustannukset (esim. lennot ja majoitus) voivat sisältyä avustushakemukseen osana laajempaa ja suunnitelmallista kansainvälistymishanketta. Hakemus on jätettävä ennen osallistumisvahvistusta eli ennen hankkeen aloittamista. Yrityksen kehittämisavustusta voidaan myöntää enintään 50 % avustuksen piiriin hyväksyttävistä kuluista.
