Team Finland organizers are responsible for the program of the Business Delegation and will provide the following services for the participants:
- Arranging the program as described;
- Inclusion of your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit;
- Hotel recommendation
- Group ground transportation;
- Services of Business Finland's Industry Experts and Project Manager;
To cover the expenses of arranging the program in Poland during 25 - 28 January 2026, a maximum participation fee of the following will be charged:
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 825 + 25,5% VAT per person
- Major companies: EUR 970 + 25,5% VAT per person
A 25 percent discount of the participation fee will be granted for each additional representative of the participating company. The participation fee does not include flights or accomodation of the participant, nor meals outside of the business delegation program.
