Team Finland organizers are responsible for the Business Delegation program and will provide the following services to participants:
• Including your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit
• Providing a hotel recommendation for the stay
• Services of Team Finland’s Industry Expert and Project Manager (the Project Manager’s in-person participation is subject to the final number of delegation participants)
• Team Finland advisory support following the visit.
To cover the costs of arranging the visit to Japan, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs will charge a participation fee of EUR 2250 per person plus a 20 EUR management fee. Participation is limited to max 20 companies on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with a maximum of 2 representatives per company.
The participation fee will be invoiced after the visit based on the actual costs and will not exceed the amounts listed above. Please note that the participation fee does not include flights, accommodation, or meals outside the visit program.
Note on dual-use items: Companies that export dual-use items must be familiar with the export control legislation and adhere to it. Participation in a business delegation does not affect the outcome of a potential export authorization application. All export control authorizations are assessed independently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
