Team Finland organizers are responsible for the Business Delegation program and will provide the following services to participants:
• Arranging the program as described
• Including your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit
• Providing a hotel recommendation for the stay
• Group ground transportation (excluding airport transfers)
• Services of Team Finland’s Industry Expert and Project Manager
• Team Finland advisory support following the visit.

To cover the expenses related to arranging the visit to Iceland, a participation fee of EUR 840 per person, plus a EUR 20 management fee, will be invoiced.
The participation fee will be invoiced after the visit based on the actual costs and will not exceed the amounts listed above. Please note that the participation fee does not include delegate flights, accommodation, or meals outside the visit program.
