Team Finland organizers are responsible for the Business Delegation program and will provide the following services to participants:
• Arranging the program as described
• Including your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit
• Providing a hotel recommendation for the stay
• Services of Team Finland’s Industry Expert and Project Manager (the Project Manager’s in-person participation is subject to the final number of delegation participants)
• Team Finland advisory support following the visit.

To cover the costs of arranging the visit to Australia, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs will charge a participation fee of EUR 1600 per person plus a 20 EUR management fee. Participation is limited to max 15 companies on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with a maximum of 2 representatives per company.
The participation fee will be invoiced after the visit based on the actual costs and will not exceed the amounts listed above. Please note that the participation fee does not include flights, accommodation, or meals outside the visit program.
