Participation fee

To cover the expenses of arranging the visit program in South Korea participants will share the costs based on following principles: 

Company registration fee: 3250 EUR (+20€ management fee)

Flights and accommodation are not included in the participation fee.  

The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry will partly cover the cost of organizing the visit. 

If more than one participant per company wishes to participate, please contact us, as additional fees for transportation etc. will apply (gloria.choi@gov.fi).

The company delegation has a maximum capacity of ten companies, allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. A minimum of four participating companies is required for Finland’s participation to proceed.

To participate, companies must complete the online registration form. Registration will close once all the spots are booked, or no later than 30 June 2026. Please note that registration is binding.

Terms & conditions
Please note that registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the company/exhibitor. A minimum of four companies is required for this event to take place. In order to make the necessary arrangements for the event, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs may need to share relevant participant information with third-party service providers. By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the event in which you may appear. All representatives within one company must use the same registration form and designate one person as the main contact.
