Are you ready to take full ownership of marketing in the Swedish market? At Lyyti, we’re looking for a self-driven Marketing Manager Sweden to lead and shape how we show up in one of our key regions.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who knows how to connect brand, content, events, and campaigns with local relevance and business results. You won’t have a team to manage; instead, you’ll be the key voice for Sweden in a collaborative international marketing team, working closely with your local sales colleagues.Â

You know how to balance creativity with performance, local nuance with global brand, and day-to-day execution with long-term thinking. Â🌍 About the role
As our Marketing Manager Sweden, you will:
- Own and drive the Swedish marketing strategy — from planning to execution and results
- Take the lead on local event marketing, especially partner-driven events and co-branded experiences
- Translate global initiatives into local impact, and create campaigns from scratch when needed
- Be the expert on the Swedish market — audience, trends, competitors, channels, and tone
- Work closely with local sales to generate demand, nurture leads, and support customer growth
- Strengthen Lyyti’s local brand presence through content, events, and thought leadership
- Build and activate local partnerships (e.g. co-marketing, sponsorships, associations)
- Collaborate with your peers in Finland and France, and contribute to shared learnings across markets

- B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Experience with event marketing and partner collaborations
- Experience with lead and demand generation
- Strong understanding of Swedish business culture and marketing channels
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and paid media platforms
- A natural collaborator who takes ownership without needing a big team
