Important information for Moderators and Speakers

We have a great meeting ahead of us. However, the program is very tight and we need to stay on time in each session. Moderators must ensure that presentations do not exceed the allocated time.  At the end of each session, there is time for questions and discussion.

All sessions will be held in Honkasali, Little Finlandia except sessions 2 and 3 (joint sessions with FESSH). These two sessions will be held on the Main Finlandia hall in room Veranda 2. There will be signs showing the way there.

If you bring your presentation to the venue, pease download it no later than during the break before your session. For those presenting in session 1 on Saturday, please download your presentation before the program starts at 8 a.m and on Sunday before the ISVCA council meeting 8 a.m. You can download your presentation also earlier.

To ensure that your videos work we suggest attaching original video files along with your presentation. If you are using specific fonts, please include the font file as well.

There will be a possibility to use your own computer but it might diminish the time that is allocated for your presentation. Please do not exceed the time you have for your talk.
