Through registration, participants have the possibility to choose which part/s of the program they wish to join, IEEE as an exhibitor, conference visitor or speaker, participant of the trade and innovation mission or multiple participation.  

The program consists of participation in the following elements: 

• IEEE Quantum Conference, 31 Aug – 4 Sep 

• Country Booth at Quantum IEEE, September 2-4, and Pre-Arranged Networking Meetings

• Trade and Innovation mission in New Mexico; site visits to the University of New Mexico (UNM), Sandia National Laboratories, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) September 5 

1) Participation only in the IEEE Quantum Week 2025 as exhibitor in the country pavilion and networking program: 

To cover the expenses of participation in IEEE Quantum Week 2025 on August 31-September 4 as exhibitor in the IEEE Quantum Week country pavilion and the program, the cost of all access conference and expo badges for participants attending per organization (max 2 free tickets @$1,200 value per organization), walking tour of IEEE expo floor and pre-arranged introductions to key exhibitors, speakers and government officials attending IEEE and support placing Finnish delegates as speakers in the main program of the conference.  

Participating companies will cover approximately 50% of the actual costs, EUR 3,500 per company (no VAT applies, and the participation fee will be invoiced directly by the US event organizer). Business Finland is covering part of the costs of the country pavilion, the total costs (space, designing and building) is approximately EUR 25000. 

Business Finland will be in contact with all participants wishing to participate only in the country pavilion at IEEE 2025 and will connect you with the organizers of the event. Further, Business Finland will provide more information regarding the application process for speaker slots at IEEE, pre-arranged networking meetings, and side events during IEEE week for those who take part in this program.  

2) Participation only in the IEEE 2025 as a conference visitor with an entrance fee 

To cover the expenses of participating in the IEEE Quantum week as only a conference visitor, the organizers of the event will charge an entrance fee. The price for the entrance ticket is $1,290.00, and will increase to $1,620.00 after Monday, July 21, 2025. See registration details Registration Info ● IEEE Quantum Week.  This is an option if you wish to attend the event, but do not wish to take part in the country pavilion as an exhibitor and the benefits of the joint offering outlined above. Each participant purchaises the tickets directly from the organizers.  

3) Participation only in the Quantum Trade and Innovation mission: 

The Trade and Innovation mission to Albuquerque, New Mexico on September 5, (preliminary program for site visits:  University of New Mexico, Sandia National Laboratories, the Air Force Research Laboratory). The Trade and Innovation Mission is organized and partially funded by Business Finland's Quantum Campaign and the Dual Use Defense Technology Export Booster Program. 

The participation fees do not include flights or accommodation for the participant, nor meals outside of the business delegation program.
