Business Finland is responsible for the program of the Business Delegation and will provide the following services for the participants:
- Arranging the program as described;
- Services of Business Finland’s Senior Advisor's and Project Manager;
- Business Finland advise support after the visit;
- Block hotel reservation in Belfort and Dijon Burgundy
To cover the expenses of arranging the visit to France during 9-13 June Business Finland will charge a participation fee.
- Micro Businesses and SMEs: 850 EUR + 25,5% VAT per person
- Major Companies:1000 EUR + 25,5% VAT per person
A 25 percent discount of the participation fee will be granted for each additional representative of the participating company. The participation fee does not include flights, train tickets or accomodation of the participant, nor meals outside of the business delegation program. Kindly note that Business Finland's Hydrogen & Batteries program is covering part of the visit arrangement costs, and thus companies joining the visit will not be eligible for further state aid related to this visit.
