Participation fee
The participation fee is 2,500 EUR per company, which includes one spot for a company representative. In addition, a 20 EUR management fee will be applied.
If more than one representative attends from the same company, additional participants may purchase a ticket through the organiser at a price of 1,200 GBP per person for registrations completed by 17 June. The event organiser will contact additional representatives directly after the registration deadline regarding ticket purchases.
All company representatives must register using the same registration form and designate one person as the main contact. The designated main contact will receive the included participation spot.

Terms & conditions
Please note that registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the company/exhibitor. A minimum of four companies is required for the Finland booth to take place. In order to make the necessary arrangements for the event, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs may need to share relevant participant information with third-party service providers. By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the event in which you may appear. All representatives within one company must use the same registration form and designate one person as the main contact.
