Currently she drives strategic projects in Nordea’s Digital Banking unit, such as formulating next generation service framework for corporate customers. Customer centricity and understanding the needs of even the most complex customers has always been a key value for her.
Anna Metsäranta, Data Driven Business Strategist
Anna is a techie-at-heart with a business degree, typically finding herself bridging the gap between business and technology in strategic initiatives. Her heart beats for modern technologies as enablers for a better world; from the customer, business, as well as environmental and societal perspectives. A fierce feminist, Anna strives to encourage women to believe in themselves, support each other, and step forward to claim their rightful place.

Noora is passionate about improving customer and employee experiences through technology. Her career started as a recruiter and today she is developing AI-based customer-facing virtual agents.
