Practicalities
The company delegation has a maximum capacity of ten companies, allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. A minimum of four participating companies is required for Finland’s participation to proceed.
To participate, companies must complete the online registration form, which takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Registration will close once all the spots are booked, or no later than 27 May 2026. Please note that registration is binding.
Participation fee
The participation fee is 450 EUR per company, which includes two participants per company. In addition, a 20 EUR management fee will be applied.
If more than two representatives attends from the same company, additional participants may purchase a ticket through the Big Meet organiser Sweden Foodtech.
All company representatives must register using the same registration form and designate one person as the main contact. The designated main contact will receive the included participation spot.

Please note that registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the company/exhibitor. A minimum of four companies is required for the Finland booth to take place. In order to make the necessary arrangements for the event, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs may need to share relevant participant information with third-party service providers. By registering for the event, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the event in which you may appear. All representatives within one company must use the same registration form and designate one person as the main contact.
