Annual General Meeting
of Renewables Finland on 16 April 2026

Welcome to register for the Annual General Meeting of the Renewables Finland! The AGM of Renewables Finland will be held on 16 April 2026 at 12 noon at Fortum, Keilalahdentie 2-4, 02150 Espoo.
 
It is also possible to participate in the meeting remotely. The necessary links to the remote meeting will be sent to the registrants separately by e-mail. The meeting will be held in Finnish. To ensure smooth meeting arrangements, we kindly ask our members and their commissioners to pre-register by 1 April at 4 p.m.

The meeting is open to all members. The right to vote is determined by the association’s bylaws.

Voting representative of the Community member: Representative of Renewables Finland member company intending to vote at the meeting. The person has the company's signing authority or is the contact person for Renewables Finland.

Voting proxy of the Community member: The person has authorization from the authorized signatory of the Renewables Finland member company.
