With this form, you can register for the conferment ceremony on Saturday 12 June 2027 and other events included in the weekend's programme. Registration is open until Sunday 31 January 2027.
You can also register and pay for your companion (i.e. avec, plus-one) when completing your own registration. Alternatively, you may add your companion details and make the related payment later, no later than 31 January 2027, by using the "Edit your information" link included in your registration confirmation email.

The information provided by participants will be verified against the University’s official records.
If you give your consent, you will receive instructions by email on how to submit your photograph. By submitting a photograph, you consent to its publication in the Conferment Matricula alongside your name and degree information.
Cancellations may be made without providing a reason until 31 January 2027. In this case, the participation fee you paid will be refunded to you in full.
After 31 January 2027, participation may be cancelled and participation fees refunded only for exceptionally compelling reasons, such as health-related reasons supported by a medical certificate. The participation fee will not be refunded for cancellations made after 30 April 2027.
All doctoral candidates being conferred are required to attend the rehearsal of the Conferment Ceremony in the Main Building of Tampere University’s city centre campus on Friday 11 June 2027 from 15:30 to 17:30 and the Conferment Ceremony on Tampere University’s city centre campus on Saturday 12 June from 13:00 to 15:00.
