Please use this form to register for the summer school by 31 July 2025. You can make changes to your registration through the Edit your information link on your personal confirmation email. Please note that the maximum capacity of the summer school is 120 participants. 

Early bird, students: 250 EUR (300 EUR from 15 July onwards)

Early bird, non-students: 300 EUR (350 EUR from 15 July onwards)
TAU PREIN students and staff: free of charge

 

The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

 

NB! TAU student / staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select "TAU student / staff (internal transfer)".

 

According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the evening event. For cancellations received by 31 July 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
