Dear hospitality sector employee,
Summer is approaching, and we are excited to invite you to a relaxed and enjoyable event where you can deepen your knowledge of the basics of the Mara-TES (the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Leisure Industry). The event will take place on Monday, June 9th, at PAM's Main Office in Hakaniemi (Siltasaarenkatu 18 A, 8th floor, 00530 Helsinki).
At the event, a wide range of snacks will be available for you, and we will address frequently asked questions about work hours, shifts, vacations, and vacation compensation. The event is completely free of charge. Participation does not require union membership, which makes this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our rights and responsibilities in the industry, as well as to network and exchange ideas with other colleagues. Furthermore, we will be going through the key changes in the new collective agreement for the hospitality sector, since the previous one expired 31.03.2025.
