We offer companies the possibility to join the NORDTRIB 2026 conference with the packages listed below. All sponsorships are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with “Impact wear” sponsorships receiving top priority. Each sponsorship includes prominent recognition on the conference website, featuring your logo and a direct link to your site.
Impact wear package – 5 000 € + VAT 25,5 %

Abrasive wear package – 3 000 € + VAT 25,5 %

Fretting package – 2 000 € + VAT 25,5 %
- 1 complimentary registration to NORDTRIB 2026 conference (please register the complimentary delegates on the conference registration form here)
- Exhibition area with one table, chairs, electrical connection, and space for promotional materials, for example a roll-up
- Company logo displayed on the conference website as a link to the company’s website
- Company logo published in the printed Tribologia – Finnish Journal of Tribology, Special Nordtrib issue
- Sponsor recognition and logo display during the conference opening
VAT 25,5 % will be added to the prices, if applicable. The order and payment is done with this form. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Please note that the orders are binding and non-refundable. Companies are responsible for their own insurance.
