Are you new to Jyväskylä, or planning a move here? Newcomer Info offers helpful information to support you in settling into your new home.

Newcomer Info provides information to help settle into Jyväskylä and make it a new home. Organized by International House Jyväskylä, this event is intended for international newcomers who are moving to, have just moved to, or are considering moving to Jyväskylä. At the Newcomer Info event, information is provided on topics such as housing in Jyväskylä, daycare, schools, and recreational opportunities.

The session will be held on May 25 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM EEST (UTC +3).

The info is held in English and takes place online. The session in free. The presentations will last for 1.5 hours and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions via chat during that time. Please note that we are unable to address individual or case-specific matters. Please also note that topics related to job seeking or starting a business are not covered in this session.

Sign up by May 22 at 2 PM EEST (UTC +3).
Once you have filled in and submitted the registration form, you will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with the link for joining the online session (Microsoft Teams). 
The materials used at the event will be distributed to all registrants, so signing up is useful.
