Welcome to Scandic Marina Congress Center!
 

Please register at the information desk, 1st floor on arrival, where also all the orders should be paid for. Please provide credit card information, in the below form, as guarantee for your order.  However, the orders will be paid at the congress center during your stay so please visit the information desk for the payment.

 

If you wish to have an invoice, it's possible in case you have an invoicing agreement with Scandic Hotels Oy.
 

 

Marina Congress Center provides a public WLAN connection free of charge. The speed of the function depends on the number of users at the same time. You can log in to Scandic Easy net without any username or password. For further information regarding telecommunications and AV-equipment please contact: sales.marinacongress@scandichotels.com

 

Catering
 

Scandic Marina Congress Center retains exclusive right to provide catering within the facilities. Exhibitors are not allowed to serve any own products at the stands apart from their own company’s sweets with a company logo.

 

Coffee / tea will be charged based on consumption. All opened bottles will be charged. Food products and orange juice will be charged as pre-ordered.

 

Prices include VAT
 

We reserve the rights to make changes in prices.

 

All orders with this order form should be done by Sunday 27 September 2026.  We cannot guarantee orders made after this date.

 

Charge for the delayed orders is +20 %
