Welcome to Gateway to Working Life -event!
 
With this form, you can register your organization to Gateway to Working Life (in Finnish Portti Työelämään) student recruiting event which is held on 19th - 21st of January 2026 at Tampere University of Applied Sciences main campus. The registration is binding, read cancellation terms below.
 
NB! You are now registering to Technology event day 21.1.2026 which is primarily meant for organizations of that field.

The price is 750e for one table or 1000€ for two tables. (VAT 0%, no VAT registered.).
 
The price consists:
- A one table is 750€ and two tables is 1000€ per day (150cm wide, whole stand place is about 2m wide)
- Lunch and coffee (max 2 people / organization, additional luches etc for extra cost)
- Organization's logo for event's website
- Organization's presentation at digital fair catalog
- Advertisement of the event at Tamko newsletter, social media channels, on campus and on University's channels.
- Wireless internet connection 
- Electric wire 
 
Cancellation terms:
The company must notify the cancellation at the latest in 31st of December 2025, in which case there will be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made after 1st of January 2026 or the company does not show up on the day of the event, the company will be charged the full participation fee (750 € or 1000€).
 
As the organizer of the event, the student union Tamko reserves the right to make any changes to the event, for example in force major situations.
