You can register as a single participant or a group. Members of a group registration can make changes to their information through the “Edit your information" link in their confirmation email.
Registration fees
The registration fees include the conference programme, lunch and refreshments, the City of Tampere reception, and the conference banquet. Registration fee for an accompanying person on the conference dinner is 60 EUR. The early bird fees are valid for registrations before 15th of May. Participants registering with student categories are required to provide a proof of their student status on the registration form.
The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
The registration fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 24 May 2026, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. After this date, the registration will become binding, and no refund will be made for cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The avec dinner fee or the social programme fees will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels these events. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
