IPIN 2025 - The 15th International Conference on Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation

Please register a single participant or a group for the conference using this form. Please note that the members of a group registration can make changes to their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation email. Complete registration is required from at least one author of each accepted paper. One complete registration covers the inclusion of one paper in the conference proceedings and the conference program and one paper associated with participation in the IPIN competition.

The complete registration fees include:
- Access to all conference sessions (parallel sessions, poster sessions, tutorials and exhibitions)
- Presentation and inclusion of one regular paper OR one WCAL paper
- Participation in one Track of the IPIN competition
- All social activities
- Coffee breaks with snacks, lunch, event participation, and welcome cocktail at the icebreaker session
The early bird fees are valid for registrations until 15 August and the regular fees for registrations until 6 September.

All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 25 August 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
