The registration package includes the registration fee, dinner and welcome party on Friday, keynote speeches, conference program, lunch, afternoon coffee, and the gala on Saturday. Accommodation and breakfast are not included in the price.
The main gala venue has space for 400 people. After that, the rest of the registered participants will be seated in either Tupa Kitchen & Bar or Lystiliiteri, where the gala program will be live-streamed. So act fast to secure a spot at the heart of the action!

Cancellation and change policy:
The participation fee must be paid at the time of registration. All changes to registrations are subject to a €20 processing fee. If participation is canceled by March 31, 2025, 100% of the fee will be refunded. If canceled between April 1 and June 30, 2025, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After July 1, 2025, no refunds will be given.
