The biggest networking event at Hanken

Hanken Network Day is an annual networking fair organized by Hanken School of Economics in cooperation with the Student Union of Hanken (School of Economics). The fifteenth edition of Hanken Network Day is an event, which enables companies to inform, connect and socialize with Hanken students at various stages of their studies. The event will be held, on Thursday 9th of October 2025, at Hanken in Helsinki.

How many persons all in all will be present at your stand during the day?

This helps us estimate the amount of lunch. We recommend that if you want to participate in many activitities during the day that you are minimum two company representatives. Please, make sure that you book enough representatives to be able to host all the activities you choose to take part in. *

Activities during the day

We want to take part in a CV/LinkedIn Check-In:

Meet our students by participating in CV/LinkedIn Check-Ins during the day. Recruitment professionals in your organization get to comment on students’ CVs, cover letters and/or LinkedIn profiles and help them develop them further. This is a great opportunity for you to enhance your employer brand and meet possible future colleagues! The time slots are 15 minutes per student and each company will have 1 or 2 hours and thus meet 3-6 students.

You can choose one hour but also express your wish for another one if there is space for it. We will inform you of the exact timing of the CV/LinkedIn check-ins closer to the event. *

We want to take part in Informal Interviews:

An informal interview is a way to meet Hanken students and discuss your company and work on your employer branding in a casual way.

During an informal interview (1 or 2 hours), you will meet three to six students for 15 minutes in a one on one meeting. You can choose whether you want to attend for 1 or 2 hours. We will inform you about the exact time of your informal interview(s) closer to the event.

After Work

Will your company take part in the after work and networking event?

A casual after work will take place at Hanken an hour after the fair. All participating companies are invited as well as 30 of the quickest students to sign up.

The event will start off with after work in Hanken Business lab with food and drinks and continue with a group activity together with students. This is a great opportunity to network both with other company representatives as well as students of Hanken!

What is the benefit for the students to come and visit your stand during the day? Perhaps to meet someone that they could not meet otherwise? Maybe write a presentation of that person! A simple "Come and say hi" is nice but will not differentiate you from the other companies.

Ps. The language should preferably by English, but Swedish is okay too.
