2nd Summer School on Generative AI in Software Engineering (GAISE 2026)

Please register a single participant or a group for the GAISE 2026 Summer School. The early bird registration is valid until 15 May 2026 23:59. The regular registration applies from 16 May 2026 onwards (registration remains open until the event day, subject to availability).
For group registrations, each participant will receive a personal confirmation email with an “Edit your information” link.

1. Academic & Industry Tracks (3 Days | 1–3 June 2026)
Designed for students, researchers, and industry professionals interested in generative AI and software engineering.
Includes full access to:
- Keynotes and lectures
- Academic and industry sessions
- Workshops and hands-on labs
- Networking activities
- Coffee breaks, lunches, and social event (Day 2)
2. Executive Track (1 Day | 2 June 2026)
Designed for leaders, decision-makers, and senior professionals across domains.
Focused on:
- Strategic insights on generative AI
- Industry applications and adoption
- High-level discussions and networking opportunities
- Includes: Coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala dinner (Day 2)

Academic & Industry Tracks (3-Day Pass)

- Early bird 400 EUR
- Regular fee 500 EUR
• Tampere University Faculty and Staff:
- Early bird 300 EUR (internal transfer)
- Regular fee 300 EUR (internal transfer)
• GPT-Lab Team Members:
- Registration is free of charge, but registration is still mandatory.
Executive Track (1 Day – 2 June 2026)

- Regular fee 1075 EUR
Single-Day Pass (Academic and industry only)
• Day 1 (1 June 2026):
- Early bird 150 EUR
- Regular fee 250 EUR
• Day 2 (2 June 2026):

• Day 3 (3 June 2026):
- Early bird 100 EUR
- Regular fee 200 EUR
The Single-day passes include access to all sessions and activities scheduled for the selected day (DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE EXECUTIVE TRACK).
Additional Information:
- All fees are VAT 0% (no VAT will be added)
- Accommodation is arranged by participants themselves

Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by X May 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
