1st Summer School on Generative AI in Software Engineering (GAISE 2025)

16-18 June 2025, Tampere, Finland

 
Please register a single participant or a group for the GAISE 2025 Summer School. The early bird registration is available until 31 May 2025. The form will remain open until 18 June 2025 for late and single-day registrations. Please note that the members of a group registration can make changes to their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation email.
 

Participation fees 

Full Registration (access to all three days, 16–18 June 2025)

•    All Participants (students, researchers, academics, industry professionals):
  • 395 EUR on or before 31 May 2025 (early bird).
  • 495 EUR from 1 June 2025 onwards (standard fee).
•    Tampere University Faculty and Staff:
  • 250 EUR as internal transfer (fixed rate, no early bird discount).
•    GPT-Lab Team Members:
  • Registration is free of charge, but registration is still mandatory.
     
Single-Day Pass (for attending one specific day only)
All early bird prices are valid until 31 May 2025, 23:59 (EEST). After this, the standard price will apply until the event.

•    Day 1 (16 June 2025):
  • Early bird: 150 EUR
  • Standard: 200 EUR
•    Day 2 (17 June 2025):
  • Early bird: 250 EUR
  • Standard: 300 EUR
•    Day 3 (18 June 2025):
  • Early bird: 100 EUR
  • Standard: 150 EUR

Full registration includes access to keynote speeches, academic and industrial sessions, workshops, hands-on labs, coffee breaks, lunches and social event on day 2. Please check the schedule on the summer school website for more details. Single-day passes include access to all sessions and activities scheduled on the respective day. All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
 

Payment 

The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
 
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
 

Cancellation policy

According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 31 May 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
