REGISTRATION FEES
- Registration for 2 days: 380 € incl. VAT
- Registration for 2 days for SIX MWM or FIMA company members: 190 € incl. VAT
- The reduced member fee does not apply to universities and research institutions.
- Limited to 3 registrations with a member fee from each member company.
The registration fee for 2 days includes participation in the event programme (Industry Showcase Tour, seminar, and networking), scheduled coffees and lunches according to the programme, and the first day's dinner at the main event venue.
NOTE: Registration fees will not be charged from invited guests and speakers, Industry Showcase Tour staff, or appointed representatives from companies participating with a paid partnership package. Please choose the right participant category on the form below! More information from fmwm@six.fi.
PAYMENT
The registration fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges)
. A payment receipt will be sent to you automatically by email within a confirmation message.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. You can find more information on this webpage:

Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking or invoicing (bank transfer) as their payment method. After successful registration, the invoice is automatically sent to the invoicing address according to the information provided while registering, either as a PDF invoice via e-mail or as an online invoice. If a new invoice must be sent due to incorrect invoicing information supplied by the participant, an invoicing surcharge will be added to the new invoice (10 € including VAT).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fee(s) paid by credit card or online banking can be cancelled free of charge by August 1, 2025. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. In refund cases, the payment refund is made to the payment method used in registration. Invoiced paid registration fees (bank transfers) will not be refunded if the participant cancels the registration. The paid registration fees will not be refunded in case of no-show.
A paid registration can be transferred to another person within the organisation without extra charges. Cancellations and inquiries concerning participation, payments, or invoices must be made in writing to fmwm@six.fi.
