Participation fees
Normal fee 80 EUR
PhD students and undergraduates 60 EUR
Evening event 80 EUR
The participation fee includes the conference programme as well as scheduled coffees and lunches. The evening event on 8 October costs 80 EUR. All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) and possible evening event fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the evening event. For cancellations received by 19 September 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The evening event fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels their participation to the evening event. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
