The conference fee includes entrance to the conference, lunch, and coffee served at breaks. All registered participants will also become DiGRA members. Note that the conference dinner has a special, separate price.
Early-bird (before 13 March 2020): 400 euros
Regular (after 13 March 2020): 500 euros

One-day pass: 150 euros

The participation fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
Please note that the members of a group registration can change their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation e-mail.
NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
For cancellations received by 17.5.2020, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to email@example.com.
