CSIT - CATCH'N SERVE BALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
12 to 15 March 2026 in Nastola / Finland
On behalf of The Finnish Workers’ Sport Federation TUL we have the pleasure to invite you to the CSIT Regular Catch and Serve Ball Championships in Nastola / Finland from 12 March to 15 March 2026. These Championships are open for members of CSIT and ICSBF and will be organized in the spirit of sisterhood, respect, friendship, peace team spirit, equality, integrity, solidarity, tolerance, sport, without
doping and respect for the rules.

We ask that the athletes be accommodated in as many multi-person rooms as possible !

Referees
If the participating team does not send a referee to the tournament, the team will be fined €100.00. The fine is to be paid at the time of registration.
Preliminary entry (4 months before the Championships) 12 November 2025
Indicate number of persons, hotel categories, estimated day of arrival and departure
Definitive entry (2 months before the Championships) 12 January 2026
Fill out names & e-mail accounts of every participant, gender, date of birth, accommodation categories, exact time of arrival / departure and travel details etc.
Payments
Preliminary registration: 50% prepayment before 12 November 2025 (4 months before the Championships)
Definitive registration: Remaining payment (100%) before 12 January 2026 (2 months before the Championships)
Delay
Please take note that in case of delayed payments a penalty fee of 30% will be charged by the organizer according to the CSIT Articles
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before 12 January 2026, TUL will refund all payments (more than 2 months before Championship).
Cancellation between 12 January 2026 and 12 February 2026, TUL will refund 50% of the deposited prepayment (between 2 months and 1 month before the Championship).
Cancellation between 12 February 2026 and 26 February 2026, 20% of the whole to be paid amount will be refunded by TUL (between 1 month and 2 weeks before the Championship).
Last minute cancellation between 26 February 2026 and the start of the Championship, no refund will be conducted by TUL.
On this page, please fill in the contact information of the team representative and indicate the total number of participants in your team. Select the type of accommodation for your participants, and specify whether airport transportation or extra nights of accommodation are needed. Also provide the estimated arrival and departure times.
This preliminary entry must be completed no later than November 12, 2025. At this stage, teams are required to pay 50% of the total participation fee, which will automatically be calculated as the amount due for this entry.
*Note early registration has closed. Teams can still register for the tournament, but will be required to pay an additional 30% fee.
The definitive entry must be submitted by January 12, 2026, at which time the remaining participation fee will be paid and detailed participant information will be requested.
