Please note that the members of a group registration can make changes to their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation email.
Registration fees
CSEAR member 220 EUR
Non-member 320 EUR
Online participation 30 EUR
The in-person registration fees include the congress programme, scheduled coffee breaks and lunches, the City of Tampere reception on 9 June and the dinner on 10 June.
There will be one session that is held online. The online participation fee includes participation to that session and access to keynote presentations through a live stream.
You can also register to the ECoP workshop (on 8 June) with this form. The workshop costs 25 EUR.
The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The registration fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the registration fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 25 May 2026, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. After this date, the registration will become binding, and no refund will be made for cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
