Welcome to the Hedengren Access Management Installation Training!
The Hedengren Access Management training program consists of four levels: Fundamentals, Installation, Sales, and Configuration. The Fundamentals course must be completed before participating in any of the other training courses. The Fundamentals and Sales courses are completed online, while the Installation and Configuration courses are classroom-based training sessions.
C2 Level: Installation
This level includes an online course covering the general principles of access control system installation.
In addition, participants attend a hands-on classroom training session where physical installations are carried out on Hedengren Access Management system hardware and related accessories.
The objective of the course is that, after completion, the installer understands how access control systems are wired and installed, has a basic understanding of networking technologies, and is able to use, install, and correctly connect various Hedengren Access Management devices.
