Master's Degree Path Studies
You can study in Laurea's Master's degree programmes as an open UAS student through path studies. Path studies are studies completed through open university of applied sciences before applying as a degree student.
The scope of path studies is 30 ECTS. As a path student, you study in the same courses and groups as Master's degree students. After completing the path studies, you can apply to become a degree student via a separate application process. Path studies are subject to a charge. The price of path studies is the tuition of Laurea's Open UAS studies, 400€. The tuition fee is paid in a single installment upon accepting the study place. The acceptance of a study place is binding.
Admissions criteria for path studies towards a master's degree at the Open University of Applied Sciences consist of a previous degree from a university of applied sciences or other higher education institution. The requirement of two years of post-degree work experience does not apply to path studies.
