The onsite participant fee includes attendance in the scientific programme at the conference venue 23-25 August, access to the virtual conference platform and its materials, coffee and lunch on the conference days as marked in the programme, Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 23 August and Conference Dinner on Thursday, 24 August.
The reduced onsite participant fee includes above mentioned but not the conference dinner.
Please note that there is a limited number of places in the conference dinner.
Virtual participants
Registration fee includes access to the scientific programme through the virtual conference platform and its materials.

Student fees apply to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students. Please present your student card/certification upon arrival to the conference or attach a proof of your student status on the registration form if you participate virtually.
Early bird fees are valid until 15 June after which regular fees apply.
