Visit Finland USA Sales Run - April 19-22, 2027

Visit Finland organizes a sales run in the USA in April 19–22, 2027. During the tour, Finnish travel industry partners will have the opportunity to meet approximately 60 American buyers across three cities. Each half-day event will include both scheduled meetings and open networking time. The buyers consist of U.S.-based travel agencies, travel advisors, and tour operators. Visit Finland has 15 sales tables for Finnish travel operators.

 

Destinations and preliminary schedule:
Monday, April 19, 2027 – Denver: afternoon workshop
Tuesday, April 20, 2027 – Travel day, no program
Wednesday, April 21, 2027 – Atlanta: lunch workshop, evening flight to Chicago
Thursday, April 22, 2027 – Chicago: afternoon workshop
 
Price:
6300 e + VAT / company / 1 participant
600 e + VAT additional fee for a second participant per company

The price includes participation in the sales workshops in three cities, including catering. Travel expenses are not included.
 
Further details—such as venues, timings, recommended hotels, and group transfers—will be provided to registered participants closer to the event.
 
 
 

IMPORTANT! Pre-registration is open until 14.10.2026, after which Visit Finland will make the partner selection. The following is considered in the partner selection: 

  • That the product offering is versatile and meets the market demand. 
  • The balance of continuity and renewal in the sales events, so that Visit Finland sales events and Finland’s travel product offering remain appealing for the buyers also in the long run. 
  • Visit Finland’s strategic objectives, such as sustainable growth, as well as market specific objectives are met in the sales events.
  • That the participating company/destination has a sufficient capacity and/or growth vision for international sales.
