Number of staff members

How many sellers or cashiers have you got, including you? Please note that each member of the staff must have a wristband which is the only pass to the area and event. The wristband must be worn on the wrist and kept visible at all times. The amount of free wristbands is determined by the size of your booth or sales area, see below. For extra wristbands as well as replacements for broken or lost ones we will charge 15 € / each.

What kind of medieval products are you going to sell? *

Images are always required from new applicants, or if the vendor has made changes in the appearance since the last year. Group photos are accepted: please note that they should show the period and style of products and the stall. Also note that without images your application will not be processed. Send your images or a link for downloads to myyntipaikat@keskiaikafestivaali.fi; please write "Hakemus 2019" and your name on the subject line of the email. *

Selling area

Please choose according to the actual size you need! The ERLYBIRD 2 is valid until May 31 2019, and at full price you can get an area until August 9th 2019.

2x2 metres or larger areas do not include a table from the organizer. Larger areas according to a separate contract.

Thursday's opening hours *

I will be arriving on Thursday, August 15th and my booth will be open 2–8 pm (included in the price)

Night Flames

This is a night Market which we build on Kustaa III:n katu every night, and the participation is free for you. However, you must have your own table, box or cart from where you sell your products. Only a limited number of merchants can fit in, so first enrollers can participate.

Parking place

N.B. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a parking place near the market place for all the vendors though foreign vendors will be favoured. The places, in appointed areas only, will be given in order of the registering and paying. We will organise a loading place near the market and extra help can also be arranged. (Please note that the permit is not a general parking permit for the city area.) Please let us know if your vehicle is considerably long, tall or large. *

Bunking at the area

We need to know if you will be camping at the festival venue throughout the weekend. Registration for the medieval campsite in the park will be opened later. *

Use of fire at the booth

Anyone that has plans to keep any kind of open fire at the venue must have fire extinguishing equipment and make a safety plan. The safety plan must be sent no later than August 1, 2019 by email: seriffi@keskiaikafestivaali.fi. Negligence in having the equipment or sending the plan will both be a reason for rejecting the vendor, also during the festival. Please read the Terms of Participation carefully. You can download a safety plan template from our website. *

I am planning to have a camp fire/a forge/a coal grill or such. I will fill in the info below and send the safety plan.

I will not have any fire by my booth or anywhere else at the venue.
