Helsinki Alumni Think & Lead: Why you should be ready to recruit international talents
We will discuss the questions related to successful recruitment of international talents. Alum Regina Ainla from Business Finland will share insights on the existing support mechanisms for employers related to the topic. And we will hear a personal case experience from alum Paulo de Tarso Fonseca Silva, who is currently working as a consultant in Finland. Alum Alexandra Shtromberg will share insights related to language learning in an international working environment and the role of employer related to this learning process.
