Sorry, this event has already ended and you cannot sign in anymore. Welcome to hear introductory statements on this matter and discuss about the important theme. The discussion will be inspired by our Helsinki Alumni Malin Gustavsson and Kirsti Kujanpää.
In the current world, working teams are more and more likely to be diverse and multicultural. The ability not only to recruit, but also to have the tools to include diversity in order to retain the workforce is gaining more attention, particularly in the business world. The interest lies in how to foster differences and make them a strength for the organization.
How diverse and multicultural teams can be best led? What are the challenges right now concerning diversity in teams? What is needed and what are the pitfalls in this process?
Malin Gustavsson is a gender equality and diversity expert and the founder and CEO of Ekvalita. Ekvalita offers its clients new perspectives that allow them to harness equality as a transforming resource in their work.
