Tuesday 24.3. workshop (9.00 - 15.00) *
Session 1: Tuesday 24.3. at 9.00 -11.30. The FAMES Pilot Line, The NanoIC Pilot LIne and The GWB Pilot Line

The FAMES Pilot Line, led by CEA-Leti, promotes the European development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, including 7-nm-node FD-SOI, non-volatile memories (NVMs),  3D integration, RF components, and smart power management. Through open access to the European community and beyond, these platforms will provide a pathway to design the next generation sustainable chip solutions, with higher-performance and better energy-efficiency. VTT is hosting one out of the four infrastructure investment sites, where capabilities will be expanded for both 200-and 300- mm-pilot -line fabrication of bulk acoustic -wave- RF-filters and ferroelectric NVM transistor platforms.

The NanoIC Pilot Line, is at the heart of European semiconductor innovation pilot line and targets the development of beyond-2nm systems-on-chip (SoC). SoCs based on 2nm technology – also incorporating advanced electrical and optical interconnects, and innovative memory technologies. Supported by the European Chips Act and hosted by IMEC, NanoIC empowers start-ups, SMEs, and suppliers with access to training, cutting-edge chip infrastructure, and research opportunities.

The WBG Pilot Line Is building an integrated, multi-node European pilot-line capability to move wide-bandgap (WBG) and ultra-WBG semiconductor technologies from research toward industrial-scale production. It focuses particularly on SiC and GaN for power and RF electronics, addressing front-end device challenges, technology roadmaps, materials/property improvement strategies, and also developing WBG/ultra-WBG MEMS devices.
Could you indicate your priority order number (1, 2, or 3) of participation to each session FAMES, NanolC, and WBG. Please use each number only once. *
Session 2 Tuesday 24.3 at 12.30 -15.00 The APECS Pilot Line and The PIXEurope Pilot Line

The APECS Pilot Line targets to establish an infrastructure for integrating and packaging chiplets and further advanced electronic components into novel electronic systems. Work is done by joining forces of Europe’s leading microelectronic players including VTT, and implemented by Research Fab Microelectronics Germany (FMD).

The PIXEurope Pilot Line aims to accelerate photonic integrated circuit (PIC) development by streamlining prototyping (design, fabrication, integration, testing, reliability) and connecting 20 partners across 11 countries. It fosters an open-access PIC ecosystem with advanced manufacturing, training, and innovative methods to quickly transition technologies from lab to scalable production.
Could you indicate your priority order number (1, or 2) of participation to each session  APECS and PIXEurope. Please use each number only once.
