At the event, you will explore the best ideas for summer – from morning café and daytime starter offerings to relaxed terrace dishes and memorable restaurant flavours. Each theme area features new products, recipes and practical solutions that can be easily adapted to your café, restaurant, hotel or other foodservice operation.

The event begins with a quick scan of the local food culture. Together with a local decision-maker and restaurateur, we analyse where the region currently stands: where it is already leading, where development is underway and where it may still be catching up with the rest of Finland.
This is your opportunity to hear the current status, join the discussion and influence the development of the industry. You will also hear insights into the national Ulos syömään food strategy – how Finland’s shared strategy was created.

Join short live cooking demos and inspiring trend talks by registering and quite literally taking a seat at the table to hear and taste what summer has to offer. The sessions run throughout the event, and free seats are filled at the start of each seating – you can also join on the spot.
