Participation fee

To cover the expenses of arranging this visit to Guangdong Province, Business Finland will charge a participation fee. Participation fee will be charged after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amount mentioned here. On this visit the expected fee is:

RMB 500 per person + an additional surcharge of 6.42% tax and Finchi's 5% service charge will be applied to your participation fee to cover relevant cost for issuance of local “fa piao”.

Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.

Payment is made after the visit

Participation fee is based on the actual costs. After the visit Business Finland confirmes the final participant fee amount after which the fee is paid to the Shanghai FINCHI Innovation Center Company Limited bank account. The payment details will be sent to you at a later stage.

VAT receipt

Shanghai FINCHI Innovation Center will issue a 6,42% VAT receipt with service content (fa piao) once they have received the participation fee. For that purpose, kindly provide us with the following information:
