Registration
The registration fee includes attendance in the scientific programme, congress app with ePosters, coffee and lunch as marked in the programme, as well as the Welcome reception. Tickets to Pre-course, Congress dinner, and guided tour of the Moomin Museum are sold separately.
- Special registration fees were available for postgraduate students undergoing specialist training in dentistry and for undergraduate students until 31 May 2026.
After that date, students may register with the regular participation fee.
- Early bird fees for regular participants are available until 18 June 2026, after that the late fee applies.
The registration fees are subject to VAT, which is included in the fees. The museum ticket is VAT-free.
If you are an invited speaker or a member of the organising committee, you will be sent a separate registration link.
Please note that your name, organisation and country will be printed on your congress name badge in the form provided here.
Please note also that photographs may be taken at the congress and can be used in the communication of the congress. By participating in the congress, you give permission for the use of photos on the congress's social media channels.

The number of participants in the hands-on part of the pre-course is limited to ensure sufficient equipment and to maintain a high level of guidance. All pre-course participants are welcome to stay in the lecture hall to observe the hands-on training and lecture. Please indicate whether you would like to participate in the hands-on session by observing or by actively taking part.

- Welcome reception on Thursday, 27 August at Tampere City Hall. Included in the registration fee.
- Congress dinner on Friday, 28 August at the Sauna Restaurant Kuuma. Ticket: 110 EUR.
- Guided tour at the Moomin museum on Saturday, 29 August. The museum is located inside the congress venue, Tampere Hall. Ticket: 20 EUR

By registering, you accept the cancellation policy. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to events@certia.fi before 5 July 2026. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.

Note: If you wish to to pay the social programme ticket separately (to receive a separate receipt), please proceed as follows:
Fill out and submit the registration form first without choosing the ticket you wish to pay separately, after this you will receive only the payment of the registration fee. Then use the “edit your information” link in the confirmation message you receive after submitting the registration form, and add the ticket to your registration. You will then be directed to pay again, but only the new added ticket. Contact events@certia.fi for any questions.

Payment options:
1) Credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

2) Online bank payment (for Finnish/Scandinavian banks only).

3) Mobile payment.

4) PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer).
A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration. In case you are not paying the invoice yourself, please forward it to the right person. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
5) E-invoice (Verkkolasku, for Finnish organisations only).
An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address. Terms of payment: 14 days net.
The registration fees are invoiced by Certia Oy on behalf of the local organiser, the SHS-Kustannus Oy.
* Paytrail Plc (VAT FI21228397) acts as a collecting payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc is authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the event organizer. In case of reclamations, please contact the event organizer.
Invoices: make sure to give correct invoicing address. If the invoice will be addressed to your organisation, make sure you enter the invoicing address according to your organisation's instructions. An extra charge of 10 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised due to wrong address, or otherwise modified).
