Wind Orchestra, Grades 3–6 (Mondays, 14:00–15:00)

The Huhtasuo School wind orchestra meets in the primary school music classroom on Mondays from 14:00 to 15:00, starting September 7th. The orchestra focuses on playing together, though we also practice rhythms and musical notation alongside our playing. No prior experience with an instrument or ability to read music is required. The orchestra consists of wind instruments and percussion.

Welcome to join in and make music together!

The group is intended for students in grades 3–6. It meets in the Huhtasuo Comprehensive School primary music classroom on Mondays from 14:00 to 15:00 during weeks 37–49 and 2–18. The group does not meet during school holidays or public holidays.

The group is led by Gradia teacher Lassi Takanen.
