Enhance equal treatment and equality in the labour market to fully utilise the Nordic Region's workforce, regardless of gender, identity, ethnicity, beliefs, disability, orientation, or age.

Strengthen initiatives to combat cross-border work-related criminality and social dumping, in part through the Nordic-Baltic collaboration on work-related crime.
